I. Description and Characteristics
Glass Lined Steel Water Tanks is a storage tank assembled from enamel steel plates, stirrups, self-locking bolts, sealant and other accessories on site. It combines the strength of steel and the corrosion resistance of porcelain glaze, and it is been widely used for drinking water engineering, aquaculture sewage engineering, landfill leachate treatment engineering, municipal sewage treatment plant, industrial sewage treatment engineering, kitchen waste treatment engineering, biogas engineering and biomass natural gas engineering. Enamel assembled tank has the advantages of short construction period, strong corrosion resistance, arbitrary expansion and relocation, and its service life is up to 30 years. The surface of the tank is smooth and moist, bright and bright, and the color of the tank can be customized according to the needs of users, especially suitable for the requirements of modern factory construction.

1. Question: What is the thickness of steel plate?
    Answer: Normally the thickness is from 3 to 12 mm, our technical and design department will adjust according to your specific requirements, so as to meet your requirements and lower your budget.

2. Question: What is the material quality of your steel plate?
    Answer: Our steel plate material is developed by our technicians combined with iron and steel materials experts, especially used in GFS tank production, it has very excellent performance.

3. Question: How many coating layers on the steel plate and how many times are fired in the furnace?
    Answer: Our tanks have at least two layers and will be fired in furnace for at least two times, we can also make three layers and three time fired tanks according to customer demand.

4. Question: What is your normal lead time?
    Answer: According to the quantity and size of the tanks you need, it usually cost 1 week to one month time.

5. Question: Will you teach and guide us for the installation?
